March Meeting
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, April 13th, 2010. The program for the April meeting is a 'Bring-Your-Own-Plant workshop. Attendees are to bring the plants they want to work on for the evening, tools, and any supplies necessary for the work they plan on doing. Experienced members will be available for advice on, but not limited to, the following: trimming, design, transplanting, and wiring.
Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7pm to 9pm except the month of our annual club picnic in the summer and annual Christmas Dinner in December.
You are invited to come early at 6:30 pm before the start of the meetings for socializing and refreshments. Additionally, from 6:30pm to 7:00pm, an Advice Table is available for you. Bring a tree that you would like assistance with and a member will be available to help.
A Display Table is also available. Bring a tree for the ‘Display Table’ to share a facet about the tree (design, informational, etc.) or just to share your art. During the meeting there will be a brief show & tell by members, if they wish, of their trees.
A Sales Table is available twice a year where members sell and buy trees, pots, and other bonsai related material from and to fellow members and attendees.
